Others who have received these calls appear to be businesses. If you are also a business that received this cold call sales attempt, what law or rule do you think this caller has broken? I can't be the Do Not Call registry of the Telephone Sales Rules since business to business sales calls are explicitly permitted. Repeated calls after you have demanded they stop? That may be harassment and could possibly be looked at by the FCC but you would stand a better chance suing them yourself if your lawyer agrees you have a case.

You're an [***].
Answers like this generally come from the SCAMMERS that use the spoofed numbers they call from.
Try a little tact in your next reply to someone.
You seem to know the DNC Law so explain why the FCC won't follow up on a call to a business ( Businesses aren't included in the DNC )
Or if the receiver of the call is NOT a business and is on the DNC List, the FCC can't prosecute spoofed numbers.
That is if the FCC would ever actually try to stop the SCAMMERS.
FCC doesn't seem to be pursuing sales calls from legitimate numbers.
So, if the private person (Not a business) receives a sales call and can provide legitimate information on the telemarketers or whatever scam call it is, they should contact a really good consumer Attorney and take it from there.
You need to document everything. Date, time, length of call. The callers identity (bus. Name & caller if possible) phone numbers they call from. They have to be legitimate nonspoofed telephone numbers. The more they call AFTER you tell them to stop the bigger the $$.
If it is legal in your jurisdiction to record calls, then record them. Make sure that you obey the
law or you can get yourself in trouble.
Good luck everyone.
