This number called me and no-one spoke, but I could hear noise in the background.

keep calling - must be something illegal

They keep calling and don't say anything.

I got several calls from this number.  I finally called them back and it was a solar company.  I could not understand what he said.  I told him to take me off his list.  He said he would then he called back again the next morning!

Nobody said anything when I answered the call.
