FRAUD: This number is in use by credit card fraudsters - the claim to know you have a credit card that's in good standing and so they're going to lower your interest rate... But of course they aren't from your bank so they do not know these things - they are phishing and hang up the moment you ask any awkward questions

I got a call from this number and when I answered they would not say anything. I called it back and it said it was disconnected or no longer in service.
