Received call at work  1:45 pm 10/21/2009) from this number.  Line was open but no one responded whan I said, "Hello". So I hung up.

Same as CJ.  No one responded, hung up.  Google seems to link it to something called Photo Creations in Newark, NJ.  No idea what that company is.
