Picked up -- they never hear you say hello, because of their auto-dialer CRAP, and they always say "HELLO?!?!" I said "What do you want" in a rather nasty tone -- they said, "You don't need an account, have a good day" -- I said, "that's right I don't need an account, please take my number off your list -- but I think they hung up too fast to hear any of that"
