Got a call from this number today. I called it back from a prepaid unregistered untraceable cell phone. I got the same results as STAN (14 June 2016) above. Block city here we come, even though I realize they will get another phantom number to harass me if they so desire
Was expecting a call from a medical equipment provider. Thought it was them but just missed picking up so I dialed back. Got a skipping, disjointed machine-voice message; all I could make out was "Thank...survey... has ended." No voice mail. Added number to list in call blocking app.
It was some sort of a survey... gave the option of having the number removed from their call list by hitting "9", which I did... the message then stated that my number was removed from their list.
