Who called from 2016547021

I called # back. It's a scam trying to collect money for NJ police. A guy answers and as soon as I asked who it was, he hit the play button on the recording asking for money.

I had some guy on my Verizon FIOS Home Voice mail shouting into the phone "Hello, Hello". Not sure what his gig is.

All the caller kept saying was Hello Hello I just hung up

Called but didn't leave message.
