It's the survey scam. Call back gets "Thanks for calling. The survey you were called for has ended." Even if you call back within 1 second of getting their call, you'll get this message. It's a robo survey and you can earn a gift card, or free tickets, or all kinds of things, you just have to send them a fee for your free gift. Block it.
