Caller ID said "Bank of America" I answered it. Someone with a heavy accent wanted the home owner and wanted to talk about special funding for energy projects - solar. I stopped the conversation and asked him why my Caller ID says "Bank of America". Now he's really tongue tied. I repeat the question, He's stumbling around. (I'm having some "fun" with him.) Then I stopped him and said "you are a scammer. Don't call here again" I hung up. I called the number back. "Unable to connect your call at this time." Spoofed number or whatever you call it when you fake the Caller ID. Now this number is blocked so it won't be ringing here anymore.
This must be ISIS again, trying to get money to fund bombing the USA, CIA, FBI, NSA, need to shut this number down as a potential terrorist activity watch list phone number!!!
they called with horrible accent [unintelligible] and kept getting angrier when I asked him to repeat himself. I finally could make out the word "solar" and told him not to call and hung up. It showed on Caller ID as Washington DC
