Just got a call from this number as well. Called back and got no ring, like it was answered immediately, but no one was on the line. Is there anyone to contact about this?
I got this call and called it back - a service called Hey Cosmo - like blast email but for the phone. http://www.heycosmo.com/aboutus/faq.php#send_sec3
I tried to retrieve my message but it went to dead air.
