Had several calls from this number that I did not pick up. I finally did, said "hello" twice and all I could hear was a person breathing. I waited a few seconds but they never spoke. CREEPY. Please help ID this number.

I get numerous calls from this number every week at hours throughout the day. I haven't picked up, but they never leave a message. Whoever or whatever is behind it is annoying.
I've been getting calls alot from odd New Jersey numbers - and when I look them up on this database, everyone says they don't answer when you pick up, or say hello then hang up. Likely some telemarketer - one number I did trace to HSBC and contacted them to have my name taken off their marketing lists. They were very nice about removing my number, but said it could take up to 30 days before I completely stopped receiving calls.
