Who called from 2016858585

I received a call from this number a minute ago. I didn't answer. They left a VM and when I listened it was very distorted, however, I could make out an Indian accent. He said something about a magistrate and a grand jury. No record here, and I know if the courts are trying to contact you, it's by mail- normally certified. I never answer calls from numbers I don't recognize, and damn sure don't call back a number when someone who sounds like fraud leaves a VM.

Same thing happened to me from three separate numbers today, this being one of them

This number called my phone saying I owe Irs $6,000 something dollars on voicemail...

Same thing happend to me today..first a 516-726-2216 called then the 201-685-8585 start leaving voicemails..wtf!! Scam all day

I received a v/m from a man with an accent, very distorted saying something about the US treasury dept and magistry and criminal offense.
