Tried to take me for a property in Wesley Chapel, FL. I got suspicious because of of the sob story he gave in his email to me, couldn't talk on phone, or arrange for me to see the inside of the property. Tried to get me to send MoneyGram with a deposit to take the house off the market, THEN he would FedEx me the lease, and keys to check out the inside. Idiot gave his real name for the MoneyGram.
