Who called from 2016884575

Number calls for about 10 minutes, and then beeps with dial tones.  If you return the call, you hear the same dial tone beeps (Very Annoying)

They called at 5:25 A.M., waking me out of a sound sleep and scaring me to death.  I thought it was the nursing home calling about my 90 year old mother.  When I called the number back, got a recording saying "Person at extension such and such is not available".

Call at 5:32 am (PST), no one on the line. Called a second time, no on there. We called back and get a generic "no one available" message. Freaked out my wife, who never got back to sleep.
