Who called from 2016887158

This is Kristen calling from the Insurance Enrollment Center...Student Loan Forgiveness Program..

They have called me several times and say they are Caribbean cruise line.  When I say take me off this calling list the recording says "no". When I call back it is the same recording that waits for me to speak then begins.

All they did was dead silence and hang-up after I said hello twice. These people need a life or know how to use a phone!

They have been calling for five days straight, every hour on the hour!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a bother! Total harassment!! If a person answers you get charged just to say No or no thank you so I don't answer the long distance telephone number!  But the harassment of it is the continuance of the phone calls... 3-5 times a day for 5 days now!
