yep just called me 2x and hung up. scam/spam

Some kind of scam - keeps calling from different numbers

Called my cell. Left no message.

I keep receiving messages about "lowering your rate". They never say who they are or what "card" it pertains to, only a recorded message telling me to "press 1 to accept your new rate, or press 2 to decline". If I block a number, they just call from another number. I just received another call from this number 201-693-4183 from Fair Lawn, NJ @ 1:26PM 1/15/16. I filed a complaint with https://www.donotcall.gov/  Hopefully they will stop their harassing calls.
