They call my cell, but ID is 201-695-868. -- not 8681, I don't know why. I didn't pick up the phone.

I also receive a call from this incomplete phone number "201-695-868", at least once per week.  I guess our best bet is to ask AT&T to not allow companies to leave only partially identifying numbers as their caller ID. The number leaves a voice mail on my phone, but the voice mail is always empty. Very annoying.
