Who called from 2017090057

Got a call from this # 15 minutes ago. Didn't answer. Name says A Thurber. Don't know this person

I've had it with this guy. Filed a complaint with the FCC.

Caller ID said A. Thurber was calling.  Don't know anyone by that name.  He kept saying "hello?  Hello? "
but left no message and just hung up.   Ridiculous.  Just when you think you are getting rid of them, another one pops up.  I am so sick of this.

Just got a call from this number. Did not recognize caller  Didn't answer. No message

From "A. Thurber", unknown to me. I said 'hello', then remained quiet. No response from other end, eventually went to busy signal.
