I was hit by binish as well. I authorized them to take money out my account and they tried to call me back. I caught on to it have the authorities involed.
I let them take $210 from my account till i found out it was a scam. I called and started to ask a lot of questions that they could not answer, when he asked why all the questions i told him i had found out some information and that there is no way this is legit. I told him I had filed a police report, contacted the state police and filed a complaint agnist the on www.ic3.com (FBI website). After i told him this he quickly offered a refund and my money was back in my account the next morning.
BINISH is a SCAM company..they called my house and job over 100 times a day stating that I owed them money or they would come after me with charges..they got one small payment but then I did some research and found that they are a scam company. They say you owe for a payday loan and that you will go to jail if you don't pay. They call and harrass from several different phone numbers. i called my bank and had the charges reversed and I put a block on my account so they cannot charge it ever again. Also filed a complaint with the BBB.
Yeah they called me to said his name was simon hawk and that I owed 745 dollars for a payday loan told me if I didn't pay they would take me to court so I ged and set u a payment plan but didn't give them my account numbers went and got pre paid visa th anen they told me I had to write this letter and fax it ol tem
