This number called my home phone first (I picked up and hung up immediately), then within 5 minutes called my cell.
It's obvious that entities we do business with (banks, airlines, hotels, etc.) sell their lists of phone numbers to telemarketers, because robo calls use random dialers and would not coincidentally dial your home and cell numbers together.
