Keep getting calls from someone from this number speaking Spanish. Caller ID says Unavailable. It's bad enough when I keep getting calls from scammers in English, but now getting them in another language ... Wow. What next ... Russian, Chinese ... The government has the technology to stop this. Why don't they?
