Who called from 2017162471

Called and hung up when I answered.

Got a call from this number just now.  Usually I don't pick up for numbers I don't recognize, but this time I did.

I said "Hello"?  No response.  Said it a few more times, but still dead air.  I just hung up.  The caller ID just came up with the phone number,

Called at 9:14 AM, saying you can get a free Bahamas cruise if you do a survey first. Scam!

Scam. Don't pick up.

Just called. I did not answer since caller ID said it was out of area.  Why should I answer if they can't tell me who they are?  Scammers, I guess.
