WOW!  I thought the deal was too good to be true.  Im dealing with her over a 2008 Honda EX.  Shes trying to sell it for 2K.  She also told me her husband died 4 months ago and she is in the military and will be leaving by July 15th and needed to sell the car.  I just thought to google her name just for the heck of it.  WOW am I glad I didnt fall into her trap.

Now she has a 08 accord, same price, same eBay process you mentioned. Her husband just died & she is being deported. Thank Goodness for Google!
