Called my  phone and hung up when I answered

Called many times without leaving any messages. Called ID: CONTROLLED NETW? network?

Called 4 times in seven days, no message.

Has been calling for a few months sporadically, but they called several times today and yesterday.  They call on my secondary number that doesn't ring, but I check the missed calls periodically... they've never left a message.  I'm finally remembering to block the number right now.  Caller ID says "Hackensack, NJ".
