Who called from 2017541066

Its a recording asking if they can transfer you for more info.. They are trying to record you saying yes so they can use it to access your info/credit cards/etc..

These people have called 5 times in the last 22 hours. They have been calling me from many different numbers. Real pricks. I never answer.

Received this call 31 Jan 2017; immediately rejected it as I do not know anyone with this number, let alone anyone from this area code.

No voice mail left.  HAH!

Other websites report it's the "Can you hear me?" scam call trying to trap recipient  into saying "yes".
