Barley can speak clear English, when I asked if I could look up there number they hung up. I called it back and got discounted number recording.

Also received a call on my cell 3.5 hours ago. I didn't answer, no message left. Blocked.

I called back n it said this number has been disconnected n no longer in service. Must be telemarketing or scam.

Called at 3:00PM and did not leave any messages. Assume it is a scammer.

Out of area - no message - deleted.
