Cold  robocall to my cell phone, from a spoofed/disguised number, offering to help me in paying back my student loans.  Have never reached out to ANY entity for help in repaying loans, have no previous relationship with this "company", robocall to a cell phone, spoofed number, didn't give company name in recording or when live scammer came on - how many other violations of DNC & FCC regulations?  And yeah - my student loans were paid off 30 years ago!  And when is 800Notes going to add "Scam" as an option for call type?
