Updating info above. The company is First National Collection Bureau. At least that's what the operator on the other end told me.
No idea who this is or why they don't leave messages. The first few pages of results on google show this to be a debt troll possibly attempting to collect on bogus debts. I will be answering the next phone call from them in an effort to get more info.
Just call them at the 800 number listed in of the comments above. Explain the person they're looking for isn't you and ask them to remove your number from their automated calling list. Be cordial, don't go in guns blazing and you should get good results. The lady I spoke to was pleasant enough and removed my number while I was on the phone with her.
I have received numerous calls from this number. Who or whatever it is waits until the beep after my voicemail message plays to hang up. This is a complete pain in the a** as I then have to waste time deleting a 1 second message!
I have been getting several calls from them with a hangup on my voicemail as well. I called them back and the other end replied with a company name of First National Collection Bureau. The first few pages of a google search suggest that this is a debt troll attempting to collect on bogus debts.
