Robocall telling me I'm eligible for a discount on my electric bill.

This is a scammer! They pretend to offer you a discount on your electric bill. Caller ID was Mahwah NJ

Caller left no message,  Called back and it does not say who they are but offers to put you on their do not call list.  I pressed 1 for that to be done but also blocked caller on my phone as DO NOT CALL REGISTRY is useless.

The National do not call registry collects phone numbers and sells them. They are the biggest phone scammers.
