Robo-call to office - "If you are looking..." hung up on them right there.

A call from 201-781-1924 on my caller id did not leave message. I returned call to this number and they ask for the owner.
Unwelcomed solicitation continues by unscrupulous company. Do not take calls from this number. Beware.
I tried to ask them what they were calling about and they rudely hung up on me because they could tell I was not an easy mark.
How do we get rid of these unprofessional organizations who try and prey on unsuspecting individuals.
