Credit card company calling fort the 200th time telling me it was my final chance to lower my interest rate. They refuse to stop calling.

They called me but when I answered nothing but silence then a Hangup!

Most likely a robocaller trying to get valid numbers

Card Services.   The dolt had some foul language for no reason.   Scammer

I usually pass on these calls, but the number is close to a client's. The caller ID showed NJ and I should have known better. Of course, it was Rachel, the universal [***] from credit card services. They got me - for about 2 seconds. If I wasn't in a rush, I would have wasted 20-30 minutes of the scumbags time.
