Who called from 2017938031

This is Palisades Collections along with these numbers 201-793-8029   201-308-9236   201-793-8030
201-793-8031 and probably ten more that they call from. They are calling for Verizons bogus charge division

The voice (not a person) asked for my past mom. She passed away 2!!! years ago and it was never her phone number.

These people call me all the time and never leave a message.  It's on my work number also.

Keep getting calls from this number, as well as other associated numbers.  Usually calls once a day, maybe 4 or 5 times a week, never on the weekends.  I don't have a Verizon account, as we have Comcast and Sprint.  And I do not, open or past due credit cards, all banking done with a checking account.  

Never leaves a message, and usually only rings 3 or 4 times...I picked up once, was looking for me, but waited for an operator and they hung up...

This number calls me 3 times a day, if i answer there is no one on the other end, if i dont answer they dont leave a message, Its like a sick joke, I finally just added their number to my blocked caller list (on Android Phone) .   If they dont leave a message or talk when i answer then there is no point in acknowledging their phone call
