Received call in reference to stock / mutual fund proxy notification. My problem is they're mailed out and why the phone calls as a backup harassment service. They seem to have a problem with hey if I want to do it by mail and not receive calls that's under my rights or hey I don't want to reply at all. I also had a problem after a lengthy discussion about who and why they were calling that I was told that they also use "public search" methods besides being hired as a 3rd party for mutual funds company proxy services. She did try to answer my questions but not to my satisfaction. I finally asked to be placed on their INTERNAL DO NOT CALL LIST to include all associates, affiliates, and subsidiaries. I will not be coerced by abusive call tactics because they didn't get the answer they want!
