Another scammer trying to collect good phone numbers via Craig's List by selling nice cars for cheap money and having people calling with good phone numbers so they can be scammed at a later date.

Actually no that isn't what they are doing.  They try to get you to pay for the vehicle and they will ship it to you.  There is no vehicle of course,
