Lower your rate on credit card scam.  This time not Indian or Pakistani!  They want to know whether you want your visa or mastercard.  Which has the highest balance  and interest rate.   I guess they figure they can get away with charges at least a little while.  Be  wary when you see a local number!  I live in Saddle River and they use a "local" number, they assume that people who live here have huge credit card bills and pepole who "handle" them.  Nope, we are cheap as [***]--that''s how we earned enough money to live here.
