Who called from 2018200770

Called at 1:06 and 2:25 AM this morning...  Just spoke to Liquidity Solutions, they say it is not a number they own.  The number is registered with Level 3 - who thus far has not agreed to block it...

here is reply from SquadMail.com in Berlin....I asked to be removed from their call database... you can contact the company at [email protected]  or     [email protected]  who uses phone number in Germany 49-1609-482-9468.  Let's make it their problem to solve.  Liquidity Solutions says that Level 3 owns the phone number, but is unwilling to take action....

Callled my cellphone at 2:52 PM (Pacific Time)....not the middle of the night, fortunately, like many others.
The automated message was that my number would be removed from their call list as requested.  For the record, I haven't made that request of anyone lately.
I'm perplexed as to the purpose of the call.  Is there a capability to install malware on my phone just by having a connection?

Called our work number. After answering the phone, there was a computer beep and then a recorded message saying my number will be removed from their list. Then it disconnected.  Have no idea who called it was all computer generated.  Another scammer most likely, hard not to answer these calls when we are a business.
