This is Konica Business Solutions. They called me this afternnon at work and slammed the phone in my ear hanging up on me! What is the point in all that?! It really pissed me off so I called them right back because we have caller ID and it was an automated answering message! Nothing on the menu to remove your number unfortunately.
Called my office number. When I picked up---immediate hang up. Called number back and identified at Konica-Minolta Business Solutions. Went through their auto answer and talked LIVE to operator that was very nice but denied that they make robo calls. Told her that my office line had gottentwo calls in 10 minutes. Since I am located in the Chicago area and do not have any Minolta or Konica equipment why would they be calling or trying to fax me something? No answer other than may be mistake.
Minolta has phoned us repeatedly, even though we registered on DO NOT CALL. Thhis morning, one after another, we had six calls. How can we stop this constant disregard for our preference?
Just got a call at work. I'm sure someone was on the end of the line for a moment then they hang up. I called back to 201-825-4000 and it is the Konica-Minolta Business Solutions. Talked to operator and he had no idea what I was talking about.
