Called at 7:00pm on 7/31/08. Caller ID showed "out of area." No message left on answering machine. Number seems to come from Jersey City, NJ. One report found of a call from this number selling aviation training CDs. Best guess is that it is a telemarketer repping for companies who have done business with you in the last 18 months--one of many DNC "exceptions". Just a guess.
