Who called from 2018346534

They were the most rude call that I've received in a while.  Were trying to sell solar panels that were supposedly backed by the government!!

Was asking if I was a homeowner, then asked to speak with my parents, then started asking what I'm studying in school

Sounds Crooked said they were contacting we with information on Gov't back solar

Don't know them. They called and left no message. They have done this a few times. Finally I blocked them and reported to the Federal Trade Commission at donotcall.cov.
