Scammers. A heavily accented Indian named Elijah...answered when I called back. Said he was from an attorneys office and that he was collecting on a medical bill from 2 years ago. I said ok you have my number, name and you told me my last 4 of my social, you have my address then. Mail my bill and I'll get it. He was very persistent about paying about 300 dollars to "complete the debt" and be "forgiven" for the rest. I explained that he could send the bill as I said because I am literally due to go into labor at any minute and my funds will be used otherwise. He said ok well how about 5 dollars a week? I told him to send the bill and not call back.I them hung up.

This number has continuously called me under 5 different phone numbers for the past 2 weeks, from Florida, Georgia, Nevada, Texas and New Jersey. They send the automated voicemail telling you to call the number 201-839-0032. They are scammers, don't answer their calls or call them.
