Who called from 2018406727

Keep getting calls from this number and I am in the NO CALL LIST.

I answered and the person asked for me by my first name.  I asked inquisitively "who is calling???". They hung up on me.  A few hours later they called again but it only rang twice.  Sounds like a scam.
