Who called from 2018428713

The address does not appear to be an empty lot, you can search for it on google maps.  It looks like it is in a residential neighborhood.  The address may not even be where the calls are coming from.

I continue to get this call on my cell phone, when I call the number back I get a recording that the number is no longer in service. Somebody PLEASE get these jerk out of service.

This number called me at my work number!! The car warrenty scam constantly calls our main desk at my office also. What's the deal??

I just received a call on my cell from this  number. Message was a hangup - heard the click. I tried calling back and it was a fast busy signal.
