Who called from 2018428713

answered call, recorded message about needing car warrenty.

I got a call on my work cell phone from 201-842-8713 saying this was the final call to extend the warranty on my car that I received prior notification about.  I pressed "1" to speak to a rep.  Todd asked if he could have the make and model of my car.  I said "No, but can you tell me what company this is?"  He immediately hung up.  I have not applied for any extended warranty, and I never give out my work numbers for personal business.

Got call from 201 842 8713 w automated message regarding an 'about to expire' warranty. I knew it was a scam bc have not had a car for years. Pressed 1 anyway, as soon as someone answered - they said 'what is model/make of your car'. Hung up on me when I said I suspected ID theft and wanted to see what info they had on me.
When I called # back, I get msg saying # does not exist
