They called me to let me know I was eligible to reduce the interest rate on my credit card. They asked "You have a Mastercard, don't you?" I said "No I do not, what name do you have associated with this phone number?" They immediately hung up, and when I called back, I got a recording that this number was no longer in service. And no, I really do not have a credit card.

got a call from 201 843 8033 wanting me to contact another number regarding the interest I pay on a credit card to get a lower rate, called at 6:30am on my cell phone
Called at 9:53 a.m. today. Thanks for the heads-up that it's a telemarketer. EVERYONE, please file an online complaint with the FCC every time you get one of these calls. If they get enough complaints the FCC WILL go after them.
