automatic message from a Heather, regarding lowering your credit card's interest rate, no mention of the company's name, made to sound as if it's from your bank but I doubt it is. SPAM
I have been getting countless calls recently and all are SPAM! I tried calling a few of the numbers back and essentially got placed on hold "waiting for an operator" The caller purposefully doesn't leave a message hoping that you will call back. That way they can charge your service provider for long distance calls while you sit on hold waiting for no one to answer. It's definitely a scam. Every call has been coming from a different number but they all start the same way. That's super unfortunate because my provider only let's me block 5 numbers at a time. DON'T answer the phone and DON'T call back. Just ignore the call and then try to block the number. Maybe then you might be able to get them to stop.
