this is fraud, cheating. He says he is in england, looking for room, and also sent some others documents. But if you ask him all the details, you will come to know he is cheating. Do not believe.
He is a scammer. Says lives in England. Responded to apt ad. His English is terrible. I traced his IP address to Nigeria. Also has Nigerian accent and claims to be Indian. He wanted address details to send money for rent and his 'transportation costs to US'. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Claims to work for a construction company. I looked it up and they don't have offices here.
Total fraud. He sends you a cheque for huge amount than required for renting an apartment and asks you to deposit back the remaining amount to his account after deducting the required amount. He claims to be an Indian and also sends you a random passport copy of some individual as an ID.But his accent seems to be an Nigerian. Don't believe and I suggest to report the local police if he keeps bugging you.
