Who called from 2018824345

I got a call on my cell phone from this number at 1 AM! Didn't bother answering because I don't answer calls unless the number is programmed as a know caller and only return calls if it seems important. Figured it was some bs marketing call or some kids placing random calls at late hours. Who knows since no voice mail was left.

One ring, no message.

Called my cell phone. No one has that number but immediate family.  Decided to call that number on my unlisted land line, only to hear a recording that the number I dialed has been disconnected.

The one ring is a scam where if you call back..You get slammed with an unregulated international number hiding behind it.
