I received two calls from this number today. Some guy claiming to be from Horizons Unlimited, asked if I was interested in continuing my education. After a few minutes of playing along like a dummy I got to talk to one of there "advisors" haha. When I said I had a BA she asked "what grade was that?" When I said I was interested in pursuing my masters she hung up. I've reported them to the RCMP. I've been receiving a bunch of these calls after purchasing a product from Equifax. I've also opened up a complaint with them. What a bunch of losers.
Just had a call ,one of many of different prefixes. I think they came from publishers clearing house survey where I put too much info. Now I had to use Mr. Number app. to start weeding out outside calls.
