Called on cell phone, didn't answer. Called back on land line, survey company from Jersey City, NJ-blocked

They called my cell phone and never left a message. I called back. Received message stated that the survey I called about is now finished. Another number I have to block.

SPAM .Didn't pick up call. Called back.  Message stating the "survey was finished."

called twice didn't answer, and they left no voicemail

Caller ID showed Weehawken, NJ.  Robo call:  Judy from Home Security.. I hanged up.
