This was an autobot claiming it was my last chance to lower my credit card interest rate. I hit 1 to speak to them, and asked for their legal company name -- they immediately terminated the call. That sequence breaks two federal laws and a California state law.
just came in on my cell phone. I know no one in that area and have the option to "ignore" calls, which I did...it's upsetting because I have a "pay-as-you-go" phone which means I pay for each call, and since finances have been extremely tight, I carefully watch calls...has anyone else got this call?
WARNING--BEWARE!! These callers are B I G credit card criminals, known as the card service scammers! Under NO circumstances, give these lowlifes your credit card number, or you will regret it forever!
Ignored it since the area code is in New Jersey, a search brings it back as Cleanista Maids.
Never answer calls that you are not familiar with the phone number.
All it can get you is high blood pressure.
From "Cleanista Maids". It's a legitimate business in Jersey City, NJ, so why the hell are they calling me in CA? Their website says they only cover Hudson and Bergan counties! Next time I'll answer and ask them.
